How long will it take to receive my order?
As we are 100% handmade, our standard turn around time is 2 weeks however during our pre order period, turn around time is between 4-8 weeks.
This information will always be listed on our product descriptions. We use Australia Post for all Domestic and International orders and tracking details will be emailed through to you once posted. (more information can be found on our 'Shipping and Returns' tab).
Is there an option to upgrade my order to express?
Whilst we don't believe in offering a 'rush my order' service, we absolutely can express post your order to you once it has been made, however you will need to contact us prior to purchasing so we can organise additional shipping costs.
What type of fabric do you use?
We use 100% woven cotton fabric (150gsm). We specialise in digital print fabric which is basically an artist drawn design that has been digitally printed onto a 100% medium weight cotton fabric base.
Where do you source your fabric from?
We are so happy you love our fabrics as much as we do however we do not give out this information. It takes many hours of research to find the perfect supplier. Our supplier is an Australian run family business that always goes above and beyond for their customers. We only stock premium digital print fabrics, you definitely wont find our fabric at your local Spotlight!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card and Afterpay.
Do you except change of mind / exchange or refunds?
As we are handmade and make to order, we are more than happy to accept any changes to your order providing we have not yet made a start on your order. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purposes or if your sheet doesn't fit as all measurements are outlined in each individual product description. We do accept exchanges (excluding custom orders) within 14 business days however you will be required to pay the postage to return the original item to us as well as enclose a self addressed satchel so we can return your new order to you. If for some reason there is a fault with your order, we will of course provide a full refund however photos will be requested, you'll need to return the item and if deemed in fact faulty, we will refund the entire order plus all postage costs. Do you offer any discount codes?
No, we don't I'm sorry.
Do you ever take on Brand Rep / Enthusiast or Collab work?
We do not take on BR's or BE's as we are lucky enough to be constantly tagged in and sent the most beautiful photos from our amazing customers. We do collaborate on occasion however we have a very selective criteria.
Do you wholesale?
We are open to all wholesale enquires, however please understand that we are a small business and all items are hand made.
