As mentioned in our FAQ and Shipping & Returns page, Goodnight Buttercup uses Australia Post for both Domestic and International orders and any duties or customs obligations for international orders are to be borne by the customer.
Customer Guarantee / Exchanges or Store Credit
We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase so we are happy to exchange goods within 14 business days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged as long as they have not be used, washed or damaged. This unfortunately excludes custom sheets as they are made specifically for you. We do not refund for change of mind however store credit can be arranged.
Please email us at goodnightbuttercup@outlook.com and explain what it is you are wanting to achieve. If you are wanting to exchange an item and it meets the above criteria, you will need to send the goods back:
You will be required to include a self addressed prepaid satchel so we can send your new order out to you. We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned to us.
Security
Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure server. Goodnight Buttercup does NOT send follow up abandon cart emails nor do we send our customers newsletters or any type of special offer emails. Goodnight Buttercup will not sell or trade your personal information to any third party organisations or individuals without your consent other than third party suppliers in the delivery of services you have agreed to accept from www.goodnightbuttercup.com or if we are requested to do so by a law enforcement agency in relation to a suspected breach of any law.
